The state of Ohio presented Thomas Graham Nicholson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
Thomas found it acceptable to disrupt a trial court by engaging in disruptive courtroom antics. Thomas made comments about “a scared, wimpy, little girl lawyer,” was clearly a derogatory reference to the female prosecuting attorney.
Furthermore, Tommy lacked any basis or evidence for his written accusations that the prosecutor in the case had talked to his client without his permission.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Philip by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Thomas practices at 438 East Lucas Street in Bucyrus, Ohio.
