Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX): “Screwball” Award Winner
This isn’t the first and certainly will not be the last Award presented to Louie. In fact, in the past, he has been the recipient of six (6) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of opinion pieces. In a recent appearance on the Sean Hannity Comedy Show, Louie decided to spew forth a rant about Obama’s decision to close 22 U.S. embassies and consulates as a result of credible terrorist threats.
Towards that end, Screwy Louie said:
Louie then decided to spew forth some BS about Iran’s nuclear program by saying:
Apparently, Louie believes we should “Bomb, Bomb, Iran.” Of course Louie wouldn’t place himself in harms way by volunteering to serve in a combat zone if in fact we bombed Iran. In fact, Louie didn’t volunteer to serve in Vietnam despite the fact he was age eligible.
Louie is just another in a long list of warmongering Chicken Littles that are more than happy to see someone else risk their lives to protect the country.
Congrats Louie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Understood “Screwballs”; you are far too humble.
