Attorney Fran Yungwirth of Ontario, Canada; repeat offender

The Law Society of Canada presented Blake Hall G. Hall with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Fran guilty of the following misconduct.

Fran admitted that he failed to disclose vital facts to his lender clients during his involvement with seven (7) mortgage transactions. Among the facts Fran failed to disclose was that he was simultaneously representing the other parties involved in the mortgage transactions and that the properties in question had sold for a fraction of their resale value only months earlier.

As one would suspect, this isn’t Fran’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct. Fran also received a complimentary reprimand from the comedians at the Law Society for illegally practicing law while his license was suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Hearing panel punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Fran practices at 65 3rd Avenue in Timmins, Ontario, Canada.
