Attorney Robert Walsh of Battle Creek; ethical misfit

The state of Michigan provided Robert P. Walsh with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

Attorney Discipline Board, Calhoun County Hearing Panel #1 found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Improperly held funds of third persons in his trust account
  • Deposited personal funds into trust account in amount more than necessary to pay bank service charges or fees
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Robert practices at 2 Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek, Michigan.
