Attorney Victor Arellano of Middleton, WI: lying loser The state of Wisconsin presented Victor M. Arellano with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Antioch University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Victor guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Victor found it acceptable to lie to ethics investigators about the nature of his so-called representation of a former client with whom he became romantically involved with.
In another matter, Victor made unsolicited telephone cont act seeking to represent another woman who had claimed she was sexually harassed by former Milwaukee Mayor John Norquist.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Victor by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Victor practices with Arellano & Phebus SC at 1468 North High Point Road in Middleton, Wisconsin.
