Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner
This isn’t the first and certainly will not be the last Award presented to Mike. In fact, in the past, he has been the recipient of three (3) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.
Mike has recently stated that he is willing to shut the federal government down in order to “defund” Obamacare. In support of his screwy proclamation, Loony Mike said:
“Those of us who are Republicans and those of us to claim to be against Obamacare, who happen to vote to fund it, will have a lot to pay; will have a lot to answer for with our fellow lunatics, I’m sorry I mean constituents.”
In November 2010, Mike received 390,000 votes for the Senate seat in Utah. Therefore, in reality, Mike represents 390,000 residents of Utah. The table below shows several counties that cast more votes for Obama in 2012 than Screwy Mike received in Utah in 2010.
In the 2012 presidential election, Obama received 65.9 million votes, which means for every person who supports Screwy Mike, there are 1,692 who support Obama.
Apparently, Screwy Mike didn’t do well when he took civics classes at Timpview High School in Provo, Utah or while attending Brigham Young University where he received a B.A. in Political Science.
I for one, don’t really give a damn what Screw Mike thinks about the efficacy of Obamacare. If he and the 390,000 voters in Utah are that upset about Obamacare, then maybe Mike should introduce legislation to allow Utah to secede from the nation.
Congrats Mike; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Admired “Lunatics”; you are far too humble.
