Attorney Raymond Rodgers of Columbus, OH; ethical elf

 
The state of Florida presented Raymond Jonas Rodgers with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.
 
The Florida State Bar found Raymond guilty of the following misconduct by the Texas State Bar.
  • Neglected matters involving two clients
  • Failed to keep clients informed about status of legal matters
  • Failed to promptly comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to refund any advance fees that were not earned (cheater)
  • Failed to timely respond to disciplinary investigator requests (Up Yours, said Raymond!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Raymond by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Raymond practices at 370 South 5th Street in Columbus, Ohio.
