Attorney Walter Morrison of Virginia Beach; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Walter Ware Morrison with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Walter guilty of the following misconduct.

In one mater, Sandra Alban hired Walter to pursue claims for injures she sustained in an auto accident. Fourteen (14) months later, Walter finally sent demand letters to the liability insurance carrier and medical expense insurer.

Over a 4 ½ year period of time, Walter only spoke and/or met with Ms. Alban on one (1) occasion to discuss the status of her case.

Eventually, another lawyer ended up setting Ms. Alban’s claims against the liability and medical insurers.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Walter by giving him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2013), Walter practices at 2728 Barrett Street in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
