Attorney Jason Head of Virginia Beach; unethical loser

 
The state of Virginia presented Jason M. Head with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Regent University Law School, which is a fourth tier school that takes in losers like Jason that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream law schools like the University of Virginia, Georgetown University of Michigan State.
 
The Virginia State Bar found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Failed to act with candor towards a trial court
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 14-day suspension of his law license.
