Attorney Tshombe Anderson of Cedar Park, TX; serial offender

The state of Texas presented Tshombe A. Anderson with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law College.

A panel of the district 6-A Grievance Committee found Tshombe guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tshombe was hired in regards to a civil case. After the clients (victims) fired him, Tshombe failed to return their file.

Tshombe also failed to provide the grievance committee with a written response to the ethics complaint. In truth, Tshombe told the committee, Up Yours!

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Tshombe’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Tshombe was found guilty of engaging in a variety of misconduct as set forth below.
  • Oct 2006 – Partially probated probation
  • June 2007 – Partially probated probation
  • Nov 2011 – Complimentary reprimand
  • Oct 2009 – Partially probated probation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tshombe by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Tshombe practices at 2800 East Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park, Texas.
