Attorney Brice Beale of Houston; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Brice B. Beale with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Baylor University Law College.

A panel of the district 4 Grievance Committee found Brice guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license was suspended
  • Neglected a client’s legal matter
  • Failed to appear in court for final disposition of client’s case
  • Faield to respond to client’s repeated requests for information
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Edward by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brice.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Brice practices with the Beale Law Firm in Houston, Texas.
