Attorney Edward Fahey, Jr. of Laredo; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Edward P. Fahey, Jr. with a law license in 200 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law College.

A panel of the district 12 Grievance Committee found Edward guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected several client cases
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to abide by client decisions concerning general methods of representation
  • Failed to respond to two grievances (Up Yours, said Eddie!)
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Eddies 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Eddie previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tshombe by gifting him with a complimentary stayed two-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Eddie.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Edward practices at 1510 Bull Elk Lane in Laredo, Texas.
