Attorney Jeremy Roark of Riverside, CA; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Jeremy N. Roark with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law College in San Francisco.

The State Bar Court found Jeremy guilty of the following misconduct

Jeremy admitted to misconduct in 19 cases as the result of his employment as “house counsel” at the Nat’l Loan Resolutions Law Center, an entity owned and operated by two non-lawyers.

Jeremy worked for the company for eights months and during his tenure he admitted that he failed to perform legal services competently (moron) and failed to represent his employers by not advising them to comply with the law. He also failed to respond to reasonable status inquires from clients.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jeremy by gifting him with a complimentary 180-daysuspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Jeremy practices with The Law Office of Catherine Schwartz at 7121 Magnolia Avenue in Riverside, California.
