Attorney Claude Lightfoot, Jr. of New Orleans; lying loser 
The state of Louisiana presented Claude C. Lightfoot, Jr. with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School located in New Orleans.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Claude guilty of the following misconduct.
Claude’s misconduct arose during his representation of former Federal Judge G. Thomas Porteous in the filing of a bankruptcy petition.
During that representation, Claude knowingly included false and deceptive information on the bankruptcy petition, which he executed under penalty of perjury. Claude then counseled Porteous and his wife to provide false and deceptive information regarding their name and address. Claude also instructed Porteous and his wife to execute the petition knowing that he was in effect suborning perjury.
All of the false and/or fabricated facts were then presented to the Chapter 7 Trustee by Claude.
Because Attorney Misfits in Louisiana are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Claude was never criminally charged for perjury, subornation of perjury and/or obstruction of justice.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Claude by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Claude practices with Claude C. Lightfoot, Jr. at PC at 650 Poydras Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
