Attorney Charles Marion of Puerto Rico; ethical goblin

The Massachusetts Supreme Court presented Charles E. Marion with a law license in 2003.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Charles guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Improperly withdrew funds for fee payments
  3. Failed to keep required records of his trust account
  4. Failed to maintain required check register for each client as required
  5. Failed to perform required reconciliation reports every 60 days as required
  6. Failed to maintain all bank statements and cancelled checks as required
  7. Failed to keep separate records of all deposits as required
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Charles by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2013) Charles practices at 103 Calle las Palomas in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Warning: Charles does not carry legal malpractice insurance
