Texas State Sen. Craig Estes of Wichita Falls; an ethical gremlin, arrogant loser

Unfortunately, Sen. Craig Estes was able to dupe the voters in the Wichita Falls area to elect him to the 30th Senate District in November 2001.

Senator Craig Estes is of the arrogant opinion that his contributors owe him a luxury lifestyle. Of course those unfortunate folks that contributed $200 or less to Sen. Craig Estes are of no concern to the manner in which he conducts himself as a so-called legislator.

On the hand, the contributors like Bob “The Builder” Perry; Boone Pickens, and Texans for Lawsuit Reform (Bob Perry PAC) did not contribute $80,000 (ca. 1001-1008) to Sen. Craig Estes because they are well-respected altruists.

Bob “The Builder Perry” makes contributions for the sole purpose of purchasing favorable votes. Put simply, if Bob Perry didn’t believe that Sen. Craig Estes would be a reliable “pimp” acting in Bob’s best interests, then he would never have contributed a dime to Craig Estes.

From 2001 through 2008, Bob Perry, Boone Pickens and Texans for Lawsuit Reform contributed the following amounts to Sen. Craig Estes for the purpose of purchasing his votes.
  • Bob “The Builder” Perry = $35,000
  • T. Boone Pickers = $17,000
  • Texans for Lawsuit Reform  = $28,000
Sen. Craig Estes’ outrageous apartment costs in Austin

In a display of utter arrogance and omnipotence, Sen. Craig Estes hosed his contributors $231,595 for rental of apartment in Austin from 2004 through June 2009. The yearly and monthly rentals paid by Sen. Craig Estes’ contributors are as follows:
  • 2009 = $19,350 for 6 months = $3,225 per month
  • 2008 = $38,700 - $3,225 per month
  • 2007 = $38,190 - $3,225 for 7 months + $3,000 for 5 months
  • 2006 = $41,060 - $3,000 for 13 months + $2,060.20
  • 2005 = $27,500 - $3,000 for 7 months + $2500 for 2 months + $1,500
  • 2004 = $26,800 - $2500 per month
  • 2003 = $20,400 - $1700 per month
I personally reviewed several web sites offering rentals of homes in the Austin area, which led the following discoveries.

10304 Prism Dr
Austin, TX 78726
4 bedrooms + 2 ½ baths
$1,795 per month
3,244 square feet

1718 Treeline Dr
Cedar Park, TX 78613
4 bedrooms + 2 ½ baths
$1,550 per month
3,200 square feet

11700 Dunblane Way
Austin, TX 78754
4 bedrooms + 2 baths
$1,395 per month
2,500 square feet

Sen. Craig Estes rents a condo from Leonard and Ann Dolce located at 1122 Colorado #2001 in Austin, which offers a mere 1,774 square feet. (Legal description at: http://tinyurl.com/yhqj4ps)

In other words, Sen. Craig Estes pays twice as much in rent to Leonard and Dolce then for less square footage then he would pay if he rented any of the homes listed above. This conduct clearly cements Sen. Craig Estes’ status as a certified moron along with being one big time arrogant loser. Of course it could be that Sen. Craig Estes is nothing more than your run-of-the-mill moron sitting in the Texas Legislature. Being a betting man, I'd bet Sen. Craig Estes is a certified moron along with being a reliable whore for those who have purchased his services over the years (Bob Perry, T. Boone Pickens, et al.)

Do y’all really think that Sen. Craig Estes would pay over $3,000 a month to rent a condo in Austin if he was required to do so with his own personal funds? Hmmm, my bad!!!
