Attorney Dan Druz of Manasquan, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Dan Druz with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Rutgers  University Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dan guilty of the following misconduct.

Danny violated the rules when he commingled client funds with his personal funds. He also cheerfully violated the mandatory recordkeeping rules in regards to client trust accounts.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dan by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Dan practices at 291 East Main Street in Manasquan, New Jersey.
