Attorney Marvin Blakely of Florham Park, NJ; Dufus

The state of New Jersey presented Marvin Blakely with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of California, Hastings School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Marvin guilty of the following misconduct.

Marvin basically told the ethics investigators “Up Yours” when he failed to cooperate with the investigation. Put simply, Marvin gave the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court the “finger.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Marvin by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Marvin practices with McGivney & Kluger, P.C. at 23 Vreeland Road in Florham Park, New Jersey.
