The state of New Jersey presented Marc with a law license in 1993

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Abandoned client
• Faield to appear at court ordered trial
  

Marc’s failure to appear at the schedule criminal trial led the judge to issue a show cause for contempt against him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Marc practices at 8 Colt Street in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
