Attorney Carl Gensib of North Brunswick, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Carl David Gensib with a law license in 1990

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Carl represented clients in a real estate closing. During his representation, Carl engaged in dishonest conduct by failing to tell his clients that he was inflating the cost of their title insurance by $300 to cover possible later charges from the title insurance company.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Carl’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Carl previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct n 2005.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Carl practices at 850 Route 1 North in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
