Attorney Mark Ford of Gloucester, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Mark Ford with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

Mark issued trust account checks against uncollected funds. He also negligently misappropriated client trust funds. Mark also failed to comply with mandatory recordkeeping rules regarding client trust accounts.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mark’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. The comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court previously punished Mark as follows:

• 1998 – Received complimentary reprimand
• 2002 – Received a complimentary admonishment
• 2009 – Received a 2^nd complimentary reprimand
  

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Mark practices at 4/12 North Broadway Gloucester, New Jersey.
