Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS): Today’s “Homophobe” Award Winner

Tim succeeded in duping the voters into electing him as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives in November 2010.

Tim is a well known Homophobe who has spent a great deal of time railing against members of the gay community. He gets particularly upset when dealing with the subject of gay marriage.

Shortly after the United States Supreme Court struck down the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), Tim declared that he would introduce legislation to amend the Constitution to ban gay marriage.

On June 28, 2013, Tim the Homophobe kept good on his promise when he introduced legislation in the house to ban gay marriage via amending the U.S. Constitution.

Anyone with an I.Q. that is just a tad north of the legal speed limit in a school zone knows that it is virtually impossible to amend the constitution. This is especially true when it comes to banning gay marriage.

Timmy well knows that there is a zero chance of getting 38 states to ratify an amendment to the constitution. In fact, he knows that such legislation will never receive the necessary votes in the House or Senate, and if it did, Obama would surely veto it.

Of course Timmy the sham fiscal conservative doesn’t give a damn how much taxpayer money is wasted on this obvious effort in futility.

Congrats Timmy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s Most Disrespected “Homophobes”; you are far too humble.
