Attorney Robert Stevens of Frankfurt, KY; ethical misfit

The state of Kentucky presented Robert W. Stevens with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

Robert’s misconduct arose while he was employed as an assistant state’s attorney in Hardin County, Kentucky.

Robert found it acceptable to have sexual contact with Erica French, a defendant in a criminal matter being handled by the Hardin County Attorney’s office. However, Robert wasn’t the prosecuting attorney in this case.

As a result of his conduct, Robert was fired and he was also criminally charged with official misconduct in Jefferson District Court. He was subsequently acquainted in a trial by jury.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Robert practices at 155 Meadowview Drive in Frankfurt, Kentucky.
