The state of Ohio presented Michael Anthony Ross with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland.
The Lorain Bar Association found Michael guilty of the following misconduct.
After receiving a complimentary reprimand from the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court, Michael failed to respond to several requests for information from ethics investigators despite his duty to do so. In short, Michael said, “Up Yours.”
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Victor by Michael him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. July 2013), Michael practices with David J. Simmons & Co. at 4690 Munson Street in Canton, Ohio.
