Attorney Kenneth Lampe of Louisville; unethical moron

The state of Kentucky presented Kenneth W. Lampe with a law license in 1987.

The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) found Kenneth guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  4. Failed to respond to client requests for information
In one matter, Kenny was hired by Linda Fish to reopen her worker’s compensation claim that was previously settled. Linda hired Kenny after seeing TV ads wherein his firm offered representation in worker’s compensation claims.

During the time of his incompetent representation of Linda, Kenny the Moron allowed the 4-year statute of limitations to file an action to reopen her claim to expire. In defense of his gross incompetence, Kenny had the chutzpah to state that he didn’t know there was a 4-year statute of limitations. Put simply, Kenny’s defense was “ignorance of the law.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Kenneth by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2013) Kenneth practices at 455 South 4th Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky.
