Attorney Lawrence Webster of Pikeville, KY; repeat offender

The state of Kentucky presented Lawrence R. Webster with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) found Lawrence guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide client with written contingent fee agreement as required
Commingled client funds with personal funds

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Larry’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received the following discipline for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
  • 1984 – Received complimentary private admonition
  • 1990 – Received complementary private reprimand
  • 1992 – Received his 2nd complimentary private admonition
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Lawrence by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2013) Lawrence practices at 122 Division Street in Pikeville, Kentucky.
