Texas State Rep. Inocente Quintanilla; scofflaw; moron, ethical gremlin
Rep. Inocente Quintanilla represents the good folks of El Paso County, Texas in the state legislature.
Pursuant to Chapter § 254.0612 of the Election Code, for all contributions of $500 or more, a candidate is required to disclose an individual’s principal occupation or job title and full name of the individual’s employer. This requirement went into effect in September 2003.
Unfortunately it appears that Rep. Inocente Quintanilla is yet another intellectual dwarf and/or moron who is incapable of understanding the Texas Campaign Laws in regards to disclosure of the name and/or job title of contributors.
It seems to this ol’ Dawg that ignorance of the law is a common affliction among State Senators and/or member of the House of Representatives in Austin, Texas.
One would like to think that if the scientific community can develop an effective vaccine for swine flu that they just might be capable of inventing a vaccine to inject intravenously into Texas legislators that would increase their average I.Q. from 45 to at least 57, right?
From 2007 through 2008, Rep. Inocente Quintanilla violated Texas Campaign disclosure laws seventy (70) times. The total amount of contributions that Inocente Quintanilla failed to disclose was $41,750 as set forth below.
