Attorney Marty Cannedy of Wichita Falls, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Marty K. Cannedy with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Baylor University Law School.

The 10th District Court of Galveston found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected legal matters entrusted to him by several clients (victims)
  2. Failed to carry out completely obligations owed to clients
  3. Knowingly disobeyed a court order
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2013) Marty practices at 1407 9th Street in Wichita Falls, Texas.
