Attorney Robert Gier of San Antonio; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Robert Francis Gier with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District 10 Grievance Committee found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

Robert found it acceptable to repeatedly fail to respond to reasonable requests for information from his client regarding the matter he was hired to represent.

The Supreme Court subsequently ordered Robert to pay $800 in restitution to his former client (victim).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Robert.

As we speak (ca. June 2013) Robert practices at 123 South Flores Street in San Antonio, Texas.
