Attorney Boris Ouchakof of Madison, WI; ethical dwarf

The state of Wisconsin presented Boris V. Ouchakof with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Boris guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Illegally practicing law when his license was suspended
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  4. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  5. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Boris!)
  6. Failed to communicate with clients
Boris found it acceptable to secretly charge and accept fees without disclosing or submitting those fees to his law firm as his employment contract required. Put simply, Boris ripped off the members of the law firm by pocketing fees he wasn’t entitled too.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Courts punished Gregory by revoking his law license. However, the comedians on the Court later reinstated Boris’ law license despite his record of egregious misconduct.

As we speak (ca. June 2013), Boris practices in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
