Attorney Gregory Rogaczewski of Greenfield, WI; ethical elf  The state of Wisconsin presented Gregory J. Rogaczewski with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Gregory guilty of the following misconduct.
In on matter, the friends of a deceased individual were referred to Gregory, who received from them the decedent’s property, including documents, personal effects, and $7,015.36 in cash.
Gregory failed to file a probate proceeding at that time. Several months later, Gregory contacted a genealogical company to identify living relatives. After obtaining information for two relatives, Gregory did not immediately contact either of them.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gregory’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
Several months later, one of the relatives learned of the death and contacted Gregory, who told the relative he would do what needed to be done to transfer the property.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Courts punished Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. June 2013), Gregory practices with Literski & Rogaczewski at 4745 Forest Home Avenue in Greenfield, Wisconsin.
