Attorney Warren Brandt of Prescott, WI; serial drunk driver  The state of Wisconsin presented Warren L. Brandt with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Vermont University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Scott guilty of the following misconduct.
Warren was convicted of felony-drunk driving in Minnesota. The Minnesota court sentenced Warren to 180 days in jail, seven years of probation, and a $900 fine. Of course this wasn’t Warren’s first DUI conviction. He was previously convicted at least three times for driving under the influence.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Warren the Drunk’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree as set forth below.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Courts punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2013), Scott practices with The Brandt Law Office at 122 Orange Street in Prescott, Wisconsin.
