Attorney Benjamin Karlin of Milwaukie, OR; degenerate, total loser 
The state of Oregon provided Benjamin M. Karlin with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from California State University at Los Angeles Law School.
The Oregon State Bar found Benny guilty of the following misconduct
In one matter, Benny represented himself in a Dissolution of Marriage (divorce) matter. Subsequently, the Clackamas County Circuit Court entered a General Judgment in the matter that required Benny to pay one-half of the uninsured medical and dental expenses of his minor children.
The court judgment also required Benny to provide proof of a life insurance policy in which his children were named as beneficiaries.
Four years later, the trial court entered an Order of Contempt finding that Benny was in willful contempt for failing to pay anything toward the un-reimbursed medical expenses of his children and for failing to sign appropriate releases to allow his former wife to verify that the children were appropriately listed as beneficiaries under Benny’s life insurance policy.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Benny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Benny previously received a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. June 2013) Benny practices at 4230 SE King Road in Milwaukie, Oregon.
