The state of Oregon provided Todd Stephen Hammond with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.
The Oregon State Bar found Todd guilty of the following misconduct
In one matter, Todd found it acceptable to charge and collect an illegal fee from his client. Put simply, Todd was found to be nothing more than a nickel and dime thief when it came to sticking it to his client.
