The state of Texas presented James P. Grissom with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law College.
 
The District 12 Grievance Committee found James guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  • Failed to state method by which his fee was to be determined to client (victim)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished James by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2013), James practices at 1111 Nolana Avenue in McAllen, Texas.
