The state of Texas presented Ronald “Ronnie” Ray Higgins with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law College.
The District 10-3 Grievance Committee found Ronald guilty of the following misconduct.
Ronald had the chutzpah to settle his client’s case without obtaining the client’s consent. Put simply, Ronald was telling his client “Up Yours!”.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished Ronald by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. June 2013), Ronald practices with Ronald R. Higgins & Associates PLL at 166 South Texas Street in Weslaco, Texas.
