The state of Texas presented Jeffrey Rollins Davis with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law College.
The District 10 Grievance Committee found Jeffrey guilty of the following misconduct.
Jeffrey found it acceptable to distribute an advertising brochure that did not contain limiting language regard the staffing of his Amarillo office.
Jeffrey also failed to ensure that the conduct of his non-lawyer staff in his Amarillo and Tyler offices was compatible with the professional obligations of a lawyer.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
