Attorney Ingrid Stamps of Fort Worth; lying loser 
The state of Texas presented Ingrid K. Stamps with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Houston Law College.
The Distinct 3-B Grievance Committee found Ingrid guilty of the following misconduct.
When Ingrid filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on her own behalf, she knowingly failed to list an ownership interest she had in two pieces of property. In addition, Ingrid falsely testified that she did not have an ownership in those properties.
Because Attorney Misfits in Texas are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Ingrid was never criminally charged for perjury or obstruction of justice.
Based on Ingrid’s representations to the bankruptcy court, her debts were discharged and her bankruptcy case was closed. However, the bankruptcy case was reopened when the court learned of her possible interests in the two pieces of property.
The bankruptcy judge then issued a show cause order to Ingrid, which was personally served on her by the U.S. Marshal’s Office. Ingrid then made misrepresentations (lied) to the bankruptcy court about being served with the show cause order by the Marshal’s service.
Subsequently, the bankruptcy court sanctioned Ingrid for her egregious misconduct.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished Ingrid by gifting her with a 1-year suspension of her law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2013), Ingrid practices at 601 University Drive in Forth Worth, Texas.
