The state of Texas presented Calixtro Villarreal, Jr. with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Texas Southern University Law College.
The Disciplinary Commission found Calixtro guilty of the following misconduct.
Calixtro found it acceptable to not promptly deliver funds that were owed to a third party who he knew was lawfully entitled to receive the funds.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished Calixtro by gifting him with a stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.
In truth, the comedians on the Commission didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Calixtro.
