Attorney Virginia Gorman of El Paso; repeat offender 
The state of Texas presented Virginia K. C. Gorman with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from the University of Texas Law College.
The District 8 Grievance Committee found Virginia guilty of the following misconduct.
Virginia found it acceptable to not return the unearned portion of a fee paid to her in a timely manner.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Virginia’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree as shown below:
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished Virginia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. June 2013), Virginia practices at 1100 Montana Avenue in El Paso, Texas.
