The state of Texas presented Brian Anthony Hammer with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law College.
The District 10 Grievance Committee found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 8-month suspension of his law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brian.
As we speak (ca. June 2013), Brian practices at 501 South Main Street in San Antonio, Texas.
