Attorney Lee Hernandez of San Antonio; cheater

 
The state of Texas presented Lee R. Hernandez with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law College.
 
The District 10 Grievance Committee found Lee guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to render a full accounting for advance fee paid by client
  2. Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
  3. Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
  4. Ordered to refund $1,162.50 in unearned fees to client
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Commission punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.
 
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Lee.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2013), Lee practices at 4100 NW Loop in San Antonio, Texas.
