Attorney Stephen Gallagher of Danbury, CT; repeat offender

The state of Connecticut provided Stephen C. Gallagher with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Marie guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to comply with client’s reasonable requests for information
In one matter, Paul represented a client in a probate matter involving the estate of the client’s deceased aunt. During that time, Paulie unduly delayed the prosecution and completion of the probate case.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paul’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) Paul practices at 57 North Street in Danbury, Connecticut.
