Attorney Kenneth Price of Azle, TX; Certified Moron 
The state of Texas presented Kenneth Neal Price with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from South Texas Law College.
A panel of the district 7-A Grievance Committee found Kenneth guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Kenneth was hired to represent a client in a personal injury matter resulting from an auto accident. The client’s medical bill exceeded $7,000.The insurance company offered to settle the client’s claim in the amount of $7,800, but Kenneth did not accept the offer until after the statute of limitations had expired.
Kenneth neglected the client’s case by failing to file the lawsuit on his behalf before the statute of limitations had expired and as a result, the insurance company withdrew the settlement offer.
Making matters worse, Kenneth failed to advise his client of his failure to file the lawsuit until after the statute of limitations had tolled or explain matters to the client so that he could make informed decisions regarding the matter.
As a result of his gross negligence and incompetence, Kenny was ordered to pay his client $7,803.76 in restitution to his client (victim)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kenneth by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Kenneth continues to practice in the Azle, Texas area.
