The state of Tennessee provided Jeffrey O’Neal Powell with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jeffrey guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Jeffrey failed to adequately communicate with a client regarding the amount of fees to be charged for his so-called services, which he knew was contrary to the Rules of Professional Conduct
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Jeffrey practices at 139 Chipwood Drive in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
