Judge Stephen Yarbrough’s Columbus, OH parking receipts prove he’s a crook

I was able to prove that Judge Stephen Yarbrough had consistently billed Franklin County for hours he never worked by obtaining copies of his parking receipts. Those receipts proved that Judge Stephen Yarbrough’s average workday (ca. 1996-2000) was 3.6 hours a day and not the 8.0 hours per day he billed the County and the State.

Of course Judge Stephen Yarbrough was well aware that I had used his parking receipts to prove he was serial crook.

Beginning on March 1, 2003, retired judges such as Judge Stephen Yarbrough were required to specifically define the judicial work performed on each day of service and certify the information was true and accurate.

Since Judge Stephen Yarbrough knew I was collecting his parking receipts from the Franklin County Auditor, he immediately stopped parking in the County garage on March 1, 2003.

Of course this conduct by Judge Stephen Yarbrough is an admission of his guilt in consistently defrauding Franklin County taxpayers. When this information was brought to Chief Justice Thomas Moyers’ attention, he laughed it off and continued to appoint Judge Stephen Yarbrough to even more cases.

Finally, the conduct of Judge Stephen Yarbrough in discontinuing his use of the Franklin County parking garage after March 1, 2003, was nothing more than a scheme to assure that he could continue to defraud Franklin County taxpayers with impunity.
