Attorney Kevin Howard of Dover, DE; convicted cokehead

The state of Delaware presented Kevin M. Howard with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

Kevin was arrested and formally charged with the commission of four drug-related felony offenses. Subsequently, Kevin pled guilty to two drug-related misdemeanors and was given a suspended sentence, placed on probation and required to perform community service.

Kevin’s use of cocaine was the result of a relapse in his recovery from cocaine addition.

As a consequence of his most recent misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

It must be comforting to the folks living in the Dover, Delaware area to know that there is yet another convicted criminal practicing law compliments of the comedians sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2013) Kevin practices with Young, Malmberg and Howard, P.A. at 30 The Gree in Dover, Delaware.
