The state of California provided John Frederick Wolcott of with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.
While working as a prosecutor, Floyd found it acceptable to beat up (assaulted) his daughter. Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Floyd didn’t serve any jail time for his conduct. In fact, his sentence consisted of the trial judge ordering that he attend an “anger management” course.
An unreliable source indicated that Floyd opted to attend the Charlie Sheen Anger Management Institute located in West Hollywood California.
