Judge William Adams of Rockport, TX; child abuser
The state of Texas presented William Adams with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.
As we speak (ca. April 2013), Judge Williams continues to sit as an Aransas County, Texas County Court of Law judge.
Judge Adams routinely presided over cases involving allegations of child abuse, family violence, and assault. Many of these cases are prosecuted by the Aransas County Attorney's Office, on behalf of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS).
In late 2011, Judge Adams’ daughter, Hillary Adams, released a videotape on the Internet that depicted an event that occurred in 2004, when Hillary was 16-years-old. The tape occurred in Hillary’s bedroom, wherein her Daddy, Judge Adams, struck her forcefully at least 17 times with a belt, yelled profanities at her, and threatened her with further physical harm. At the time Hillary’s mother struck her with the belt. Billy the Child Abuser wasn’t aware that Hillary had secretly videotaped him assault his daughter.
During its investigation of Judge Adams, the Judicial Commission took the testimony of eight (8) attorneys who practiced regularly in Judge Adams’ court, who described a pattern of incidents in which Adams displayed anger and poor judicial demeanor toward certain attorneys appearing in his court.
As a consequence of his deplorable conduct, the Patron Saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy the Child Abuser by gifting him with a complimentary warning.
As we speak (ca. April 2013) Billy remains sitting on the bench as a County Court of Law judge in Aransas County, Texas.
