Attorney Sterling Mclean of Regina, SK; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Sterling G. McLean with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Sterling guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Failed to provide competent legal representation (moron)
  2. Failed to fulfill a written contract for legal services
  3. Failed to act with due diligence
  4. Failed to live up to promises he made to various clients (liar)
  5. Engaged in conduct unbecoming a lawyer (What’s new?)
  6. Failed to promptly respond to inquires from clients or interested parties
As one would suspect, this isn’t Sterling’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Sterling was previously found guilty of a variety of misconduct that led to him receiving a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan punished Dwayne by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2013), Sterling practices with McKay-Mclean at 2042 Cornwall Street in Regina, Saskatchewan.
